We’ve been able to confirm with photos that at least one of 1965’s “INDIANAPOLIS”, an Indy 500 themed pinball table manufactured by Talleres del Llobregat S.A. in Spain still exists in the world.
This one is in the collection of Museum Sanahuja, A pinball and arcade collection in Sabadell, Spain.

The curator of the museum was kind enough to send this photo of the backbox. Currently there are no instances of this game on Pinside, and this is the only one I know of in the world.
